This page is meant to provide:

  • Clarity regarding ownership of IP
  • Posted notice of licensing grants and rights
  • Any notices required to address issues related to streaming, vod, music, images, video, brands, names, etc.

📃 Intellectual Property Ownership 📃

  • As part of the Debut Support Program offered by IRIAM, a PNGtuber asset image will be created for use on the IRIAM platform. It is considered licensed to the VTuber KuroYuusha for the purpose of streaming on IRIAM and for the promotion of IRIAM. This image is a representation of Kuro Yuusha and is wholly owned by IRIAM and use here is for the purpose of promotion of IRIAM as a platform.

  • The character Kuro Yuusha, associated textual description, mannerisms, back story, light novel, imagery created by the VTuber KuroYuusha, and such belongs to the VTuber KuroYuusha/KuroYuushaVT/Kuro Yuusha and the associated person behind said VTuber character.

📃 IRIAM VOD 📃

IRIAM does not provide VOD(video on demand) service and does not provide VOD content on its platform as of the writing of this page. (2025-08-01) If there are full VOD(s) of my streams offered somewhere, they aren’t legit. The streams are ephemeral and if you want to catch the stream, please join us on the IRIAM platform!

Short clips and Edits are allowed on the Youtube/Twitch/Twitter platforms.

📃 BGM(Background Music) / IRIAM / ASCAP 📃

  • IRIAM has an agreement with ASCAP regarding music played as BGM on the platform. With the exception of the following entries, any music employed as BGM on my IRIAM streams will be music from ASCAP’s catalog.

📃 BGM/Music Licensed or Played With Permission Granted By License Holder 📃

  • If/when I do play music outside of the ASCAP/IRIAM agreement, there will be additional notes added here to serve as notice of having acquired permission to play said music during the stream.
